Kylie and Bruno Bertucci's Demonstrator Training Blog Hop - May 2021

Hello Crafty Friends,

Welcome to My Blog.

I am very excited to participate in Kylie and Bruno Bertucci's Demonstrator Training Blog Hop, and I am also taking part in Just Add Ink Sketch Challenge.

Blog Hop Theme: Thank you card for the customer.

This is the thank you card for my customer shopping with me this month- May 2021

You may be starting here or come from another blog-either way, you can find a link list at the bottom of this post so that you can see every blog post and get the inspirational idea.

For today's card, I used Stampin' Up!  Etched In Nature - New Stamp Set from the Annual Catalogue 2021-2022.

The Stampin' Up! product, which I used here, is available at my Online Store. Click the link below. It will take you to my online store.
Here is my card for today's blog hop.

I made another version here with slightly different colour combos.

Procedure and Measurement A4 Cardstock:

  • I used New In-color Pale Papaya as my base card - 21cm by 14.9 cm scored @10.5 cm.
  • Layer 1: Pale Papaya 10 cm by 14.1 cm
  • Layer 2: Hand Penned Designer series Paper -9.7cm by 13.8 cm

You can also take part in this fun Sketch Challenge.- #Challenge553.

  • I stamped the image in Memento Tuxedo Black ink, and I want to colour the bird simply by using light and dark shades of Stampin' Blends Pale Papaya, Gray Granite, and Old Olive.
  • I am not happy with my colouring today. But I want it to be effortless.
  • Used Scrap piece of Basic White to follow the sketch.

  • Added some Linen Thread and Loose Flower Flourishes to the front of the card using Mini glue dots.
  • Stamped the sentiment in Crumb Cake Cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, and I crushed the cardstock then attached it to the card front using Stampin' Dimensional.
  • Decorated the inside using the Designer Series Paper, and it looks lovely.

Hope you all like my today's card. Leave me a comment. I love to hear what you all think about this project.

  10. Maheswari, I love your designs! This is so simple, but elegant. That's my style, but I make the cards with lots of layers. They seem to get more clicks on Pinterest. I'm going to join the sketch challenge.
