I used the Celebrate with the Tag Dies

Measurements 

Base card - 8 1/4' x 5 1/4' 

Score @ 8-1/4 side - 2 1/4', 3' ,5-1/4', and 6'

Score @ 5 1/4' side -3/4', 1 -1/2' 3- 3/4' and 4-1/2' 

Follow the below template and remove the shaded area. 

DSP Measurements 

2 1/8' x 2 1/8' - 2 pieces

5/8' x 2 1/8' - 2 pieces
